Content-based Image Retrieval
I did this project when I was an undergraduate student in NCTU.
This is an image query-and-search system which analyzing the image properties and the color gradation to judge the correlations among images.
In the project, the index query system was made based on image content, and JAVA was used for the programming.
Besides the basic image processing function, we mainly used the analysis of the image properties and the color gradation to judge the correlations among images, thus enabling the user to find similar image files from the database more user-friendly and subjectively.
The design focuses mainly on the program structure and algorithm.
